FS series foot switches
Large foot switches for mechanical and plant engineering
The FS series are large foot switches which, thanks to a highly robust cast aluminum alloy, prove their worth in machine and plant construction and heavy industry.
The foot switches are stable, compact and extremely versatile! One or two switch inserts can be used with a creep or snap-action mechanism as a push-button switch, as a sequential switch with a pressure point or with a latching function. Potentiometers are also available. Additional protection is provided on request by a locking pawl, an accident protection cover made of cast aluminum alloy and a pedal interlock. Protection class IP 65 in accordance with IEC/EN 60529 is also provided.

Pressure point
The pressure point can be used to realize a 2-stage shift. The following forces are available: 60N; 150N; 200N. See glossary for more details.
Anti-trip
The pedal of the foot control can only be operated if the locking pawl is first pressed back with the tip of the foot When the pedal is released, the locking pawl automatically straightens up again. See glossary for more details.
Latching
After pressing the pedal once, the switching insert remains switched on. The function is only switched off again when the pedal is pressed again. See glossary for more details.
Pedal cover
The pedal of the foot control can only be operated if the pedal cover is first lifted with the tip of the foot. When the foot is pulled back from the pedal, the pedal cover falls back onto the pedal. See glossary for more details.
Potentiometer
For outputting an ohmic value (e.g. 0 - 10 KOhm). See glossary for more details.
Analog output
For outputting an analog value (0 - 10V or 0 - 20mA). See glossary for more details.
USB
A footswitch with USB connection enables simple execution of keyboard commands. See glossary for more details.
Cable outlet lateral

Emergency stop

Footrest
For ergonomic use of the foot control. Prevents fatigue.

Ensure clarity. With printing on the lid or cover, for example, the customer knows immediately which pedal is for which function. Customized labels are of course also possible.

Matching cable glands with UL approval and NEMA Type 4X in plastic or nickel-plated brass.
Transport bar
This transport bar, which can be retrofitted, makes it possible to change location without bending down.
Transport rack
This robust transport rack allows you to change location without bending down. Emergency stop buttons or other modules can also be attached. The handle is height-adjustable.
